Our Story

Roni (Ronit) has always had an emphatic passion for design, fashion, lifestyle, and creativity that has come with exploration and profound learning. With excessive background in leadership, management, marketing and finance, Roni and her husband Johnnie (Yoram), decided to channel their effort to the one industry consolidating all of their aspirations: the housing market.

The couple started to renovate small homes and apartments, including their own. They immediately steered away from conventional methods of building and standard home appliances. They explored numerous sources, turned every stone and looked into the best materials and the most reliable brands. From beams and building materials to lighting fixtures, kitchen cabinets, and even the smallest of touches such as drawer knobs; excellence and diligence was demanded. 

After years of renovating and decorating, a modest fascination with interior design and minor home improvements morphed into a thriving ambition to build the best houses from the ground up. They turned to their own city, Summit, New Jersey.

Summit is known for its prime real estate, impeccable education system and safe environment. The couple bought a house on Sunset Drive, intended to be built for their own family, demolished it, and constructed their first stunning home.

With an impulse for uncompromising quality, they hired well experienced builders as their project managers to mentor and guide them throughout every task of building a house. Taking on Project Sunset, they both learned the ins and outs of building upscale homes, from an architectural standpoint to the design process. After selling Sunset, they immediately took on another project and Vertex Builders was created. 

Roni and Johnnie take pride in their work, pouring every ounce of energy into the houses they build. They heavily integrate themselves into each and every step of the process, from the blueprint to the final stages of building. No expense is spared and one can expect the best and nothing less. Each house is simply... Built to Perfection.
